In Network Services: Premera

At this time, I am considered out of network for all insurance providers other than Premera. If you would still like to receive services, you will be billed the full amount of the session on the date of service and provided a superbill monthly if you would like to self-submit for insurance reimbursement. 

If you would like to inquire about services, a free 15-minute phone call to determine your families need and to determine if I am the best fit for you will be provided. Following the phone call, if you decide to pursue services, I will schedule an evaluation and set goals, and then, we can start therapy.

Evaluations 60-90 minutes $250

Speech/Language Therapy 30-50-minutes $75-125

Feeding Therapy 45-60 minutes $85-130
